This Monitor barn measures thirty feet by forty feet with ample room for all your storage or animal needs. This barn is a spacious design with 1200 square feet on the main floor and 480 square feet in the Loft area. The detailed plan packet comes with information on how to get started. The framing is Pressure treated 6X6 Post with trusses on 12' centers for roof framing.
