This Monitor barn measures thirty feet by forty feet with ample room for all your storage or animal needs. This barn is a spacious design with 1200 square feet on the main floor and 480 square feet in the Loft area. The detailed plan packet comes with information on how to get started. The framing is Pressure treated 6X6 Post with trusses on 10' centers for roof framing.

Note: When ordering a single set of plan 3040M, which is a complete set of construction documents (blueprints) it will be stamped NOT FOR CONSTRUCTION because, according to copyright law, it is illegal to make copies of blueprints. So when ordering, keep in mind you will need an additional 3-5 sets of plan 3040M if you intend to get a permit or have multiple contractors biding the job.
