This Garage measures twenty-four by thirty-four feet with ample room for all your storage needs. It's a spacious stick-frame design with studs 16" on center and trusses 24" on center. It measures 768 square feet. The detailed plan packet comes with information on how to get started. The plans consist of a coversheet, prescriptive notes, floor plan, roof plan, building elevations, building sections, foundation plan and roof framing plan.

Note: When ordering a single set of plan 768SS, which is a complete set of construction documents (blueprints) it will be stamped NOT FOR CONSTRUCTION because, according to copyright law, it is illegal to make copies of blueprints. So when ordering, keep in mind you will need an additional 3-5 sets of plan 768SS if you intend to get a permit or have multiple contractors biding the job.
