This gambrel style shed/shop measures ten feet by sixteen feet with ample room for storage or hobby shop. This shed is a spacious design with one hundred sixty square feet on the main floor and one hundred sixty square feet in the attic area. (Few shed plans have double the square footage.) The detailed plan packet comes with six different foundation plans to choose from (concrete, concrete block, concrete slab, post & pier, concrete pile, and skids). The framing is 2x4 lumber with trusses for roof framing. Two options come with the roof configuration: barn style (gambrel) or gable (standard). Two different door configurations (single or double) are also available.
