This gambrel style shed/shop measures twelve feet by twenty feet with ample room for storage or a hobby shop. This shed is a spaces design with two hundred forty square feet on the main floor and with two hundred forty square feet in the attic space. That's double the square footage, not many shed designs have doubles the square footage. The detailed plan packet comes with six different foundation plans to choose from (concrete , block, concrete slab, post & pier, post & pile and skids). The framing is 2x4 lumber with truss for roof framing, two options with the roof configuration barn style(gambrel)or gable (standard). Two different door configurations (single or double).
