This gambrel style shed/shop measures fourteen feet by sixteen feet with ample room for storage or a hobby shop. This shed is a spacious design with two hundred twenty four square feet on the main floor and two hundred twenty four square feet in the attic area. (Few shed designs have double the square footage.) The detailed plan packet comes with five different foundation plans to choose from: (concrete , block, concrete slab, post & pier and skids). The framing is 2x4 lumber with trusses for roof framing. There are two options with the roof configuration: barn style (gambrel) or gable (standard). Two different door configurations (single or double) are also available.

Note: When ordering a single set of plan 93030, which is a complete set of construction documents (blueprints) it will be stamped E.L.A. DESIGNS, LLC © COPY RIGHT ILLEGAL TO COPY because, according to copyright law, it is illegal to make copies of blueprints. So when ordering, keep in mind you will need an additional 2-4 sets of plan 93030 if you intend to get a permit or have multiple contractors biding the job. Note: Plan 93035 should be ordered along with plan 93030., only if you intend to build the trusses yourself.
