This grambrel style shed/shop measures fourteen feet by sixteen feet with ample room for storage or a hobby shop. This shed is a spacious design with two hundred twenty four square feet on the main floor and two hundred twenty four square feet in the attic area. (Few shed desings have double the square footage.) The detailed plan packet comes with five different foundation plans to choose from: (concrete , block, concrete slab, post & pier and skids). The framing is 2x4 lumber with trusses for roof framing. There are two options with the roof configuration: barn style(grambrel)or gable (standard). Two different door configurations (single or double) are also available.
